      Labor Clima and real values, Not interested in People only in results, Not Fear HR Practices, respect only in slogan, to much work hours without compensating. Miss organization and Leak of leadership

      Decent starting salary, good benefits, generous PTO

      Cons

      1% raises forever. Last promotion I got to Principal had no raise but a bump in bonus percentage. Now they are giving kids 8-12% raises and they have less than 5 yrs. Once you hit about 5 yrs you will get the 1% a yr and be pigeon holed into a specific job. Then good luck trying to change.
