      if you're willing to make Microsoft products mobile on Nokia hardware - this is all yours. Until Nokia is done.

      If you are looking job in open source or Linux or Android - Nokia should be last item on your list.

      Pros

      Decent starting salary, good benefits, generous PTO

      Cons

      1% raises forever. Last promotion I got to Principal had no raise but a bump in bonus percentage. Now they are giving kids 8-12% raises and they have less than 5 yrs. Once you hit about 5 yrs you will get the 1% a yr and be pigeon holed into a specific job. Then good luck trying to change.
