      Pros

      Work life balance - you'll really have the time to think and do stuff. Cool Work environment - nobody sits on your head pressures you to do something

      Cons

      Lack of direction from Top Management Middle level management is also a messy affair

      Pros

      Decent starting salary, good benefits, generous PTO

      Cons

      1% raises forever. Last promotion I got to Principal had no raise but a bump in bonus percentage. Now they are giving kids 8-12% raises and they have less than 5 yrs. Once you hit about 5 yrs you will get the 1% a yr and be pigeon holed into a specific job. Then good luck trying to change.
