      Pros

      Competitive salaries, normal stress level for a technology company of its size. Sometimes, the splendors of the great times shine through, with fancy meeting rooms, fancy saunas in the wildnerness, for those lucky to see that.

      Cons

      Nokia was once a great place to work, but with all the strategy "adjustments" and constant layoffs, all the people that made the company great left. What's left is people clinging to their jobs, hoping not to be in the next batch who has to leave.

      Pros

      Decent starting salary, good benefits, generous PTO

      Cons

      1% raises forever. Last promotion I got to Principal had no raise but a bump in bonus percentage. Now they are giving kids 8-12% raises and they have less than 5 yrs. Once you hit about 5 yrs you will get the 1% a yr and be pigeon holed into a specific job. Then good luck trying to change.
