Pros
There are very few left now, the workers and junior managers are generally good sorts and there's still some of the camaraderie left from the Nokia network days but very little.
Cons
Salary has declined in real terms for the last 5+ years with below inflation raises, pensions have been decimated, health care cutback with constant changes of direction from an inept senior management team. There's zero competence development or training yet we're expected to support customers who probably have received more information on the products than us.
