      Great benefits, diversity, flexibility, intelligent worker bees

      Cons

      Very political and too much senior management. It's all about who you know and at what level, not whether or not the person is right for the job or even has the skill set for the job. No promotions.

      Decent starting salary, good benefits, generous PTO

      Cons

      1% raises forever. Last promotion I got to Principal had no raise but a bump in bonus percentage. Now they are giving kids 8-12% raises and they have less than 5 yrs. Once you hit about 5 yrs you will get the 1% a yr and be pigeon holed into a specific job. Then good luck trying to change.
