      Pros

      Moderate work pressure. respect for individual. Honest work palce, with transparent management and policies.

      Cons

      Some times we tend to take advantage and not work much. hence loose skills. Company is in financial trouble recently.

      Decent starting salary, good benefits, generous PTO

      Cons

      1% raises forever. Last promotion I got to Principal had no raise but a bump in bonus percentage. Now they are giving kids 8-12% raises and they have less than 5 yrs. Once you hit about 5 yrs you will get the 1% a yr and be pigeon holed into a specific job. Then good luck trying to change.
