      - flexible work schedule i.e. telecommute - international colleagues - depending on the role, international exposure and travel - able to switch teams within the company - good benefits

      Cons

      - promotion and hiring not merit-based; based on "who you know" within the company - poor, and rapidly declining, position within the industry - unstable and disorganized i.e. reorganization every 6 months - too much powerpoint - always talking about strategy, not enough execution! - average salary

      Pros

      Decent starting salary, good benefits, generous PTO

      Cons

      1% raises forever. Last promotion I got to Principal had no raise but a bump in bonus percentage. Now they are giving kids 8-12% raises and they have less than 5 yrs. Once you hit about 5 yrs you will get the 1% a yr and be pigeon holed into a specific job. Then good luck trying to change.
