HR and Sr. Management Questionable - Anonymous employee Nokia Employee Review

The ethics and decision making of Sr. Management and HR are very questionable. The combination of the two companies have created more disconnects and mis trust than continuity or synergy. Lots of politics and click-ish behavior throughout all levels. Lack of success and business has amplified these issues to another level. Reversing these issues will be unlikely without a complete overhaul of Sr. and Executive level Management in my view.
