      Pros

      Flexible and support work life balance. Provide lot of support even during retrenchment. Good benefit and compensations. Generally people respect each others with good culture.

      Cons

      Slow to respond to market needs. Too frequent reorganisation. Too many products in pipeline, lack of focus on delivering quality product.

      Decent starting salary, good benefits, generous PTO

      Cons

      1% raises forever. Last promotion I got to Principal had no raise but a bump in bonus percentage. Now they are giving kids 8-12% raises and they have less than 5 yrs. Once you hit about 5 yrs you will get the 1% a yr and be pigeon holed into a specific job. Then good luck trying to change.
