They should fire all them starting from Bosco Novak (the worst manager ever) and hire new talents young people. -Bad management was the reason for the downfall of NSN. -Time and money gets wasted using management techniques like the ones offers by leaders of the Global Services. -Bad control, discipline, no strategyc, no innovation. -Bad HR Management -Employees do not have any motivation any more.
