      Pros

      Nokia Siemens Networks provides an Open dynamic environment with growth opportunities are provided for self seeking individuals. The company is bad at recognizing good individuals and targeting them for promotion. But for self-promoters, NSN is a great place for growth.

      Cons

      Constant re-organizations of company structure, reporting structure disrupt day to day business. Also, inefficient business processes make everything little task painful - such as ordering a phone.
