Pros
Good company for starting carrier (first couple of years). Highly focused on low cost (we are taking off free coffee becasue we need to save many, few years later - oh, coffee is back, wtf?). Demanding job with increasing responsibilities not reflected in salary.
Cons
Not best place to work with if you want to work to your fullest potential. Management decisions focused mainly on lowering cost instead of making emploees feel comfortable and motivated.
