work life balance ,low pressure work, great learning place. Good pay masters. Nokia makes people in the organization very comfortable,job security is there.
Cons
Lot of organizational change. Networking with employees/managers more important than skill. Flat organizational structure where growth in the organization is very difficult and takes time.
