Pros
Great team work, free gym use, agile methods (Scrum) make life easier and more stress-free. On the whole good people work there and they are ready to help you. Work life balance is good.
Cons
Some of the technologies are very old and hard to get rid of (such as ones used in old Telco devices). So do not expect the latest tech. Also the compensation package is behind of the competitors. Many talented people leave because of this.
