Pros

The team here are super smart. It’s amazing how in depth their knowledge is and I’m learning so much. I’m really grateful for the opportunity to work here and I know I’ll be gaining so much from my time here. Just a great environment and upbeat attitudes from everyone.

Cons

It’s a little intimidating working around such smart people. I sometimes don’t totally understand what they’re all talking about!

Pros

Well, Nextiva promises these great working schedules. They don’t tell you that they are gonna work you to death possibly 70 to 80 hours a week. And sometimes you get rewarded with bravo points for your hard work to spend inside their company store, Amazon, etc. etc. but once you get rewarded those, then they text you on that which inevitably comes out of your paycheck so you get rewarded with 50 bucks you’re gonna see maybe half of that when it comes to taxes.

Cons

Most people hit the nail on the head with the AI driven next -gen bs. If you’re a hard worker most of the time you won’t move up to leadership just because they know they can dump a lot of work on you. They promote the ones that are weaker and can’t think for themselves or suck up to leadership to get that position. And then eventually, you’ll be laid off because that happens every six months. Good luck to the people around Christmas time.
