Pros

My experience at Nextiva has been incredibly positive. I’ve really enjoyed the culture and the people—it’s clear that everyone is aligned around a shared goal, which creates a strong sense of purpose and collaboration. The environment is energizing, and being part of a forward-thinking company has made the experience both engaging and rewarding. Overall, it’s been a great place to grow and contribute.

Wow, this is amazing to read. The way you describe the team, the energy, and the sense of purpose really says a lot about the environment you’re helping create. That’s what we mean when we talk about the Nextiva feeling. That kind of experience doesn’t happen by accident. It comes from people showing up the way you do. Thanks for being here 💙

Pros

Well, Nextiva promises these great working schedules. They don’t tell you that they are gonna work you to death possibly 70 to 80 hours a week. And sometimes you get rewarded with bravo points for your hard work to spend inside their company store, Amazon, etc. etc. but once you get rewarded those, then they text you on that which inevitably comes out of your paycheck so you get rewarded with 50 bucks you’re gonna see maybe half of that when it comes to taxes.

Cons

Most people hit the nail on the head with the AI driven next -gen bs. If you’re a hard worker most of the time you won’t move up to leadership just because they know they can dump a lot of work on you. They promote the ones that are weaker and can’t think for themselves or suck up to leadership to get that position. And then eventually, you’ll be laid off because that happens every six months. Good luck to the people around Christmas time.
