Pros

The HQ office is nice - they are requiring 4 day RTO if you're in the area. I've met some of the best people while working here - it's a shame that the company doesn't foster the same culture it used to.

Cons

A new sales leader every quarter or so. Went through 7 in under 2 years. You better be quick on your feet to dodge, duck, dip, dive, and dodge all the BS. Every new leader has their "flavor of the month" on how to run the team so put on a neck brace to keep yourself from getting whiplash! Product is lacking and falling behind quickly and Nextiva thinks it can save itself with a quick AI tool here and there. You should ask them how long they've been trying to launch their "nex-gen" solution. There's a gate on the commissions with unattainable quotas. If you don't hit the gate minimum = no commission :) Their health plan does not cover any procedure or appointment related to fertility and/or family planning so if that's something that you are looking for, you'll be stuck paying out of pocket. The company 401k match is not fully vested until after you've been there for at least 3 years. "Flexible" PTO but with management crackdown, you're required to "request" the time off you take and it's up to management on if it's approved or not. They will micromanage you until you want to die.
