Pros
Generally coworkers share the same wavelength and frustrations. Company wide meet ups (holiday party, summer outing) are fun. Some aspects of company culture are positive - mostly the more superficial ones such as laundry and spin studio, etc.
Cons
For a company that purports to care so much about their employees, they in reality do a very poor job of doing that. Work life balance is terrible unless you're a parent [then it somewhat exists]. Important decisions that affect employee happiness are made rashly and implemented immediately even though they need to be phased in. Overall, the "growing" culture is extremely negative - no one should be forced to share as much as they do here. Culture is to move so fast that you don't ever actually improve on your product. You're constantly churning out new versions for existing pages daily that are poorly coded. No real testing is done so no improvements to the product. Anyone who has left doesn't ever seen to regret leaving.
