Pros

No pros to speak of other than it was a quick interview process and I had an offer shortly after calling.

Cons

This is run like an MLM, don't expect any future employer who knows the industry to take you seriously. Don't waste your time and apply elsewhere.

I am sorry your time in our business was cut short. I can assure you we are in no way an MLM. We do have a clear structure for growth within our business for advancement. We are looking for candidates that are self-driven and determined to grow quickly within the company to continue their own personal development. Our turn-over rate is actually very low. Our meetings are not mandatory and people are joining in from all 8 of our territories across 5 states. We do wish you luck in your future endeavors and if you would like to further discuss anything please do not hesitate to reach out to our executive team directly: info@nextgenerationmarketinginc.com

Pros

A team of interns you can talk smack with

Cons

A marketing job that copes hard to appear as a sales job, demeaning work that has you beg Costco shoppers to buy your products, and abysmal pay. Not a respectable position to be in.
