I applied through other source. The process took a week. I interviewed at Next Generation Marketing (Pleasanton, CA (US)) in September-2014.
They were very professional when they contacted me. I initially missed their call and they e-mailed me immediately to notify me that they were interested in speaking with me. When I called them back, they scheduled me for an interview right away. I met with the hiring manager who had a very professional demeanor and he was not intimidating. He was very easy to talk to and actually apologized for talking so much. He said it would take a few days to get back to me however, he called me back later that evening to schedule me for a second interview. The second interview was more of a hands on test run to see if you would fit the company. Then a third interview was given before any talk about getting the position. Luckily the third interview was a paid one.
No negotiation because it is commission based.
