Pros
The benefits are unmatched for the area. There are quite a few reimbursement programs provided, including fitness and tuition.
Cons
Constantly overworked with little direction given. Unrealistic and sometimes cruel with their expected quota. To management, you’re worthless if you can’t keep up with their insane production schedule. While I didn’t have problems with management, I was disgusted with how they’ll throw people away and fire them simply because they stand-up for their well-being. They claim to be desperate for employees, but will turn their nose up at viable candidates if you struggle initially. I’ve seen management insult coworkers simply because they ask for help. Communication is terrible as well. On another note, they claim to care about work-life-balance but that could be anything further from the truth. They don’t care about your life, they only care about meeting their unrealistic numbers and earning money.
