Cons
Toxic environment, politics, blame culture, unreasonable workload for an extremely short-staffed workforce just to start with. That's not even the worst part, I think the most shocking aspect of my experience was the management, my manager specifically was a notorious character in the office, known to be keen to wreak havoc and stir up drama over nothing. I was unlucky to have such a manager who played mindgames with me, sabotaged me and competed with me over my high performance. Not to mention this individual would spread rumours about me while I was working from home , share details of every employee's pay and badmouth colleagues and their performance just for the sake of it. To add insult to injury the turnover was shockingly high even before I came along and the higher management took no action to fix things, even after I specifically raised the issue with HR.
