Career and personal development frameworks are in place across our larger functions such as Engineering and Tech Ops, but we do recognise that there is more to be done in some of the smaller teams across the business. We do provide everyone with 2 days a year that they can use to focus on relevant training and development of their choosing, and we have open access to Udemy and Coursera courses. We also take a very supportive view on any other external training from seminars through to professional qualifications.
