Pros
There is definitely the opportunity to "own" your own career here, based on your motivation. Management fosters individuality, yet everyone works very well together. Things are team based, and the people are fun to work with. They often socialize outside of the office and attend out of office events voluntarily. The company is growing, so there are tons of opportunities.
Cons
You have responsibilities, like any job. I wouldn't say it was a "con", but rather, a necessary part of business.
