Pros

Remote work and some great colleagues are definite perks, as is the fair pay when first joined. There are plenty of opportunities to grow and learn, but it's almost expected to the point where it feels like taking on a second job.

Cons

Nagarro may cater well to specific demographics and locations, but it falls short of being truly CARING or non-hierarchical as it claims and makes some people feel like outsiders. Despite being encouraged to network and introduce myself to as many people as possible, my efforts to do so were met with little enthusiasm on many occasions. Based on what I've seen, it seems that the focus is often on winning projects at any cost, and internal politics heavily influence the work environment, making it quite challenging. They are more focused on profits than people. Lastly, Nagarro ofters subpar benefits, and the pay structure tends to favor those who are good at selling and appear productive and not the worker bees who actually deliver.

Pros

Very flexible and good for work/life balance. Insurance is fully paid for by the company and doesn’t come out of your check which is a pro.

Cons

For this position, your employment only goes as far as billable hours go. If they are running low on projects, they will give you a 2 weeks notice to look for a project within the company and HR claims they will help you, but in my experience they did not.
