      Supportive work environment with helpful colleagues Opportunities to work on new technologies (Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, AWS) Good work-life balance in most teams Learning & upskilling opportunities

      Cons

      Salary increments are lower than expected for experienced employees Need better transparency in appraisal and bonus allocation have postponed the appraisals and even after that provided with very less change in compensation.

      Pros

      Very flexible and good for work/life balance. Insurance is fully paid for by the company and doesn’t come out of your check which is a pro.

      Cons

      For this position, your employment only goes as far as billable hours go. If they are running low on projects, they will give you a 2 weeks notice to look for a project within the company and HR claims they will help you, but in my experience they did not.
