I wouldn't recommend this company - QA Lead Nagarro Employee Review

I wouldn't recommend this company at the moment due to its poor work-life balance. There's no salary increase with promotions, despite undergoing several rounds as if the employee is changing the entire company. Annual increments are always delayed with excuses, and promotions are consistently postponed, resulting in unfair increments even with excellent client feedback. When you raise issues with HR, they often dismiss them, claiming the project isn't providing enough funds, and they won't be helpful or care about positive feedback. I'm not sure what pros Nagarro provides, as its performance has declined since I joined.
