-- Company is under very rapid growing process currently and this might lead to a bit of variance and turbulence for the employess as process are constantly being evolved( I hope for better)
-- New management being roped in is coming from old service sector as of date, most people left those service industries to joing Nagarro , due to their cost cutting policies which adversely effects employee confidence and satisfaction with organization.
-- Noida office( Noida being best NCR place to stay currently) is definitily stopping some great proffessionals from joining or continuing with organization. My personal reason for leaving such a great organization was specifically this as people really get adversely effected personally wasting so much time just for reaching Gurgaon.( for eg: snapdeal which recently opened an office space in Gurgaon just behind Nagarro, had to send a written apology to all their employees for the same, which has still not curbed the heavy leaving rate encountered there).
-- I have seen some great employees leaving the organization recently, when I discuss with some of them today, I get to know the fluctuations which might not be felt by everyone. The retiration rate is constantly increasing , which was not the case when I joined Nagarro( maybe Nagarro is compensating with the same by constant new hiring, which i feel might not be adressing the right problem correctly)
