10yI am happy that overall you feel that Nagarro is a good place to work (and it matters a lot since you have been with us for a long time).
Your feedback about salary structure is something I would like to go over in more detail (if you are willing to come and talk to me in person). We have made several changes to the salary structure this year to address concerns that people had raised about it earlier this year. Therefore I would like to know what other improvements can be made that you are not seeing.
