Pros

1. Permanent Work from Anywhere 2. Good CTC offerings 3. Good work culture 4. Job Security 5. Travel and staying accomodations provided when you have to travel to a different city on the company's behalf.

Cons

1. It's a hit or miss if you land a good project or not. Lots of projects are pretty bad, they have a few projects are their main cash cow like Lufthansa, Assa Abloy etc, but besides that, majority of it just ehh. 2. TAP is a pretty bad system for project allotment. You get suggestions for projects that are completely different from your skill set. 3. HRs are not helpful and there is no grievance portal, infact there is no portal for anything except marking your attendance and for seeing your payslips. Majority of the things are done via Ginger with is a bot for MS Teams and it has no documentation. 4. NagarroU is their learning platform and it is absolute garbage. They pin requirements to clear NagarroU tests and earn badges for promotions and the learning material provided is horrible and the test content is nothing even close to what you would require on the job. 5. "Non hierarchical structure" is just a sham, don't even bother paying any attention to it. 6. Lots of social and political discussion within teams and majority of the company is left wing and you know what that means. 7. Medical insurance terms are not clear and there is nobody you can contact to understand it better.

1. No proper onboarding, No training provided on PM tools. No template provided. 2. Managers - Micro management. Personality Issues. This person will be fired from any company. 3. Adding more and more work. Knee jersey reactions. Calling team members to prepare ppt. 4. The SOP prepared by sales team doesn't have any guard rails. 5. The leadership does not have the courage to standup. As we are collateralable damage. 6. This company is toxic. Please do not join. You will be harassed and abused. 7. I wonder why there is no investigation even when I reported it to HR.
