Thank you for taking the time to review Nagarro. Let me try to add to what you say in your review. I believe that learning opportunities exist for all levels at Nagarro. It is true that when you join young there are a lot of opportunities to learn at Nagarro - we have a special focus on younger folks. But even as you gain experience, we continue to provide opportunities to expand your experience because of how we work. At all levels the responsibilities that you are given are such that they require multiple talents that you need to learn and develop. The learning never stops at Nagarro. Work life balance is always a subjective thing. We have a lot of youngsters who come to us asking for more work or opportunities to train since they want to invest their time in building their capability. At the same time, when I look at the entire company's data, the percentage of people who spend more than 50 hours in the office in a week is less than 5%.
