As the company is growing, practiced policies has not been revised that rapidly. some people(not all)people who joined company earlier has been promoted to very senior level (account managers) and they run their account as per their processes irrespective of what organization policies are.
* Less transparency: You slog out at nights so that next year your Visa will be applied and they will mislead you. In case of filing H1 visa , HR will collect documents form you and would not provide you filing token, in this case you never know if they did file your visa OR not. If you ask for lottery result they will tell you that you have not been selected in lottery and will never provide you filing token number citing policies around it. What is the harm in providing token numbers to candidates who has not been selected in lottery. At least employees will be sure that it was applied and would stay in organization
* Your feedback , salary increment and promotion somewhat depends on your relationship with your manager. Nagarro is standardizing it through regular A2FS/Promotion interviews and assignments, but it can be improved more.
