None, they probably need to be investigated. VERY unprofessional.
Cons
They see you as and refer to you as a body to be placed wherever they want regardless of what you interviewed for. If you see a posting for anything Nagarro it is a cattle call for ANY call center position technical or otherwise. If you are tech you will be told repeatedly "DO NOT PROBLEM SOLVE" It's about the call numbers not helping the caller. Very uncomfortable place to work. No guidance or support. Your money will be funny too. They can't count not even with your time being tracked by computer.
