working for last 3.5 years - Associate Technical Lead Nagarro Employee Review

Hi. Thank you for reviewing Nagarro on Glassdoor. I wish you were having a better time at Nagarro than you are. Even though you have been with us for 3 years you still feel that the quality of work that we get is not good - we are doing something wrong. We do really wonderful work most of the time. I am surprised that even in 3 years, you haven't come across a project which you have liked. I think you should reach out to me so that I can understand the kind of work you have been doing with us and what would you rather be doing that you would classify as good work. We are trying to build a company which is and will be a great place to work - in terms of people you work with, career prospects that you have, and the kind of work you do.
