Don't just introduced polices, get feedback on ground and fix the issue.
Project allocation process is not good.

Hey ex-colleague - the case you described doesn't happen very often. A lot of ex-Nagarrians don't even go through the interview process. However, what is likely to have happened is that when we looked at your current salary, we had to take you through an evaluation process to see if you are suitable for a profile which can justify a salary hike. It is possible that it turned out that we couldn't, so we still made an offer as best as we could.
I agree that our communication could have been better.

Pros
Very flexible and understanding, committed to growing your knowledge
Very flexible and good for work/life balance. Insurance is fully paid for by the company and doesn’t come out of your check which is a pro.
Cons
For this position, your employment only goes as far as billable hours go. If they are running low on projects, they will give you a 2 weeks notice to look for a project within the company and HR claims they will help you, but in my experience they did not.
