Let me thank you first, for taking the time to leave this review. It is unfortunate that even after being with us for over an year, you don't have insight into what makes Nagarro great - a failure on our part. There are so many things that we are doing as a company to get better all the time.
Having said that, I also feel that the review is a tad unfair. For starters, the employee satisfaction team does so much more than just an annual movie (as you mentioned). For instance, food quality is a highly subjective issue, but to address feedback such as yours, the employee satisfaction team has hired a professional chef whose job is to conduct regular third-party audits of all the food vendors at Nagarro's premises - checking for not only quality and hygiene, but also flavors. But this is just one of the many things done to keep a positive environment in the workplace.
With regards to be allowed to work multiple jobs, it doesn't really work that way. Seeing how customer-centric we are, we expect that all of us are totally committed to solving our customers' problems. If we work on something else at the same time as working at Nagarro, then we won't be able to do justice to our commitment. There is no policy which says that members of management team can work with multiple companies. The employment contract that I have with Nagarro (I am a VP) explicitly prohibits me from doing so.
I feel bad that we have not been able to show you the better side of Nagarro over your time here with us. I would certainly like the chance to correct that now, and will be more than happy to meet you in person if you would allow that. If yes, then please talk to HR and they will connect you with me.
Once again, I thank you for taking the time to leave a review here.
