Thanks for leaving a review here at Glassdoor. We do work hard to have a great culture at Nagarro (one of our core desires is to have fun at work). You also mention that we are lacking in working towards retention of our colleagues. I want to mention that retention of our people is a top priority and a lot of senior management time does go into it. At the same time, your feedback has to be taken into account.
