The culture here is the best. They have flat table policy which is not just on papers. They really thrive to improve on feedbacks given. Very good leadership and clear vision. Everyone has equal opportunity to grow here. No micro management(in my experience), if it's faced by anyone connect to the HR and it will be addressed. And if HR fails to fairly access it, drop the shell on Founder. Trust me he will be fair to you regardless your designation or position and will make sure you won't have issue post the trails. (Be sure that you stand correct) Alot of contribution to social cause and women empowering I have seen in my tenure. Very fair process for promotion. If you are exceptional in your work rest assured you will be rewarded exceptionally. Flexible work policy. I have been working from home even before the pandemic hit. But it was also trusted upon me to work with all my integrity and honesty.
