Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. Your advice to management to review the CTC structure is something that we are taking under review already. It will likely be improved, though to what extent, I can't say.
Regarding culture - one of the ways through which culture spreads is through open communication. Whenever you spot something that you think is not right for the culture, I suggest you should up about it. You are right, this "sir" culture is against our culture of being an open and flat company..
