Caring yes but only for money, HR worst ever - Team Lead Nagarro Employee Review

HR is very arrogant, never take care of employee feedback be it project related or general. Management is like a family of husband wife and relatives dictating projects No career development , you might end up in any project at any role regardless fo your designation or skillset They are doing good business but during covid they fired, didnt pay fully and now no hikes for 2 years almost No help like other companies during pandemic they just care for money and clients people sitting at positions like director and head HR are absolutely unqualified
