Pros
Learning experience depends from project to project (In my case it has been awesome). Apart from project work, you have freedom to explore a lot of other technologies..play with them and implement your own ideas. You don't need to worry about appraisals (They are usually great and above your expectations:D). They also have a nice work from home policy!!
Cons
If you some day think about changing your project due to any reason, then it's a bit of a headache. (Especially when you are performing good in that project ;) ) Most of the projects are on Microsoft based technologies, If you expect to work on some open source technologies then you will be disappointed. (Geeky developers would understand my concern :))
