Pros
Great place for people who want to learn and work on emerging technologies. Fun is taken care of as well. Project and technology change issues heard and entertained if feasible unlike other organizations. Nice increment for hard/smart workers. Great training pathway for fresher.
Cons
Less learning and growth for QAs. High expectations irrespective of what work life balance you want. Some middle management people think they own the company. Non transparent increments and promotions. Favoritism. Most of the people in HR department need to work on their soft skills.
