Old employees who have served more than 10 years of experience lack technical and managerial skills. They are burden that the company is carrying on. Multiple issues were raised in the project by many members, but no resolution was taken since our manager had served more than 10 years at nagarro, and HR doesn’t have guts to raise issue against her. All your NAGP’s will leave if this continues, since working under an unprofessional and uncivilised manager doesn’t makes sense.
