      Overall an employee friendly company. Good framework for self learning and evaluation.

      Cons

      TAP. The system is really horrendous. Uncertain future for QAs with 10+ years of experience. No management roles available for QAs. It's really tough to move in project management, even when you are capable enough due to a freakish resource management system. The HR forces you to accept the roles which are more suitable for 5-6 years experience person.

      Pros

      Very flexible and good for work/life balance. Insurance is fully paid for by the company and doesn’t come out of your check which is a pro.

      Cons

      For this position, your employment only goes as far as billable hours go. If they are running low on projects, they will give you a 2 weeks notice to look for a project within the company and HR claims they will help you, but in my experience they did not.
