Pros
1. If you want to learn and grow, nagarro as a company supports you fully. 2. Gives u extreme sessions/ workshops/ materials and everything so that you can learn more and more. 3. Many people in company are really talented . 4. Flexible working hours . Only concerned with the work to be done on time . 5. Work from home is easy to avail till the time one takes undue advantage of the same. 6. Many people on the upper level are so technical that its great to be a part of such an organization. 7. More or less projects follows each processes. 8. Salary structure is good. Great company to work with. Really happy with the organization.
Cons
The company sometimes are not able to extract the best out of the extremely talented people working. In other words, the people who are at a position X sometimes is assigned a lower position which sometimes results in not getting the best out of that person. But as time goes, I think this will surely be improved.
