Culture is diluting as the company is under expansion.
Transparency is reducing - ratings are not shared, increments are random etc.
Unfairness - few people having good faith of managers, or, under NAGP program are treated better than others (increments, onsite, project change requests etc.).
Some clients can be really tough.
Resource management needs too much improvement: Many people are on bench and still there are projects which need people for months and not getting them.
