      Pros

      1. No formals (thank god!!!) 2. Flexible timings (Loved it!!!) 3. Around 27 leaves a year. 4. Laptops are given (yea!!!) 5. Free snacks and dinner if you are late at work 6. Free intra office cabs / ferry 7. Pluralsight (best resource to learn is free for employees) 8. Level up Drives and all 9. lots of parties and team building events 10. HR activities in cafeteria etc. 11. free gym TT etc. 12. You can intereact with CEO/VP etc easily over socail media 12. Caring for employee (cold coffee machines in summer on employees demand.)

      Cons

      quality of work depends on project you get, but you are here for a long innings than no issues. Little hectic but if you are eager to learn you are moving in a right direction.

      So many positives and only 3 stars? You sure are tough to please :-D We will make project changes a little more flexible soon. In the meantime, you can file a project change request if you have spent the requisite time with the project. Accelerated growth path folks can do it a lot earlier. But we are thinking of other interesting ways to fulfil people’s personal ambitions while keeping clients happy and project CEOs reasonably calm :-) Best regards, Manas

      Pros

      Very flexible and good for work/life balance. Insurance is fully paid for by the company and doesn’t come out of your check which is a pro.

      Cons

      For this position, your employment only goes as far as billable hours go. If they are running low on projects, they will give you a 2 weeks notice to look for a project within the company and HR claims they will help you, but in my experience they did not.
