Good HRs who are responsive and reachable atleast in my case. Technical round was good - cleared it and found it really good as all questions were based on practical scenarios.....
Cons
IQ test for experienced candidates should not b there - which I could not clear as I took it a bit lightly thinking that it is just a formality.....but seems that is a must to clear.....my bad....should have taken it seriously.... But in my opinion, IQ test should be there for Freshers/juniors but not for well-experienced candidates cz - 1) U may lose a technically sound candidate 2) A client or projects look for technical skills and not this IQ test 3) Some of my friends who are like coding masters in the industry could not clear the IQ test just because they were not that great in english questions in the IQ test , which is not good as the company loses good technical candidates by doing this in IQ test..."English is not intelligence!!" So what I strongly feel is that IQ test should not be mandatory for experienced candidates as a company should mainly focus on technical skills and knowledge....
