Dear colleague,
Thank you for taking the time to put a feedback here on Glassdoor. Let me try and address some of the concerns that you have mentioned here.
I am not sure why you see a hiring spree as a bad thing - it shows that the company is growing. What would be bad is if our hiring diluted our culture or the competency of colleagues which we are bringing onboard - something that we take very seriously.
People being on-bench for long times should be a concern, but having no bench denies opportunities for growth. We manage the bench very carefully and the number of people on-bench is something that we are comfortable with. What is more important is if there is anyone on bench you cannot be deployed for long periods, and if that number was high it would be concerning - in our case, it is not.
We have been working a lot to decentralise further our decision making structures to help speed things up. But I think we are usually pretty fast in our working. I am curious to hear more specifically where you felt that we could have worked faster - there are always opportunities for improvement.
I suggest that you reach out to some of the more senior folks for discussing these topics in more detail so that we can exchange our perspectives. I would be happy to take out the time.

Pros
Very flexible and understanding, committed to growing your knowledge
Very flexible and good for work/life balance. Insurance is fully paid for by the company and doesn’t come out of your check which is a pro.
Cons
For this position, your employment only goes as far as billable hours go. If they are running low on projects, they will give you a 2 weeks notice to look for a project within the company and HR claims they will help you, but in my experience they did not.
